Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy Performance

The over all graphics are good, but the nice particle effects and light saber effects make the game look very surreal. This and detailed and complex levels and textures help make JK:JA look like you're really in the star wars universe.

Without AA and AF enabled, there is barely any impact in performance due to the increased resolution. NVIDIA has traditionally excelled in their OpenGL support, and we can see thier archtectures lineage in the numbers.

Enabling AA and AF just seals the deal for the 6800 Ultra here. The card scales better on both resolution and added filtering. We are again seeing a near doubling of performance.

but as an enthusiast, any leaps make me excited :p

Not as impressive as other sites made it look in many circumstances.
But still quite boost in performance.

Damn, two independant cable lines and a 480W PSU. Good thing it kills in performance, but still too pricey for me. Bring on the 6800XT for us broke people :P.
