VisionTek has really powered its way into the retail market. A few NVIDIA generations ago, VisionTek was not seen anywhere near the graphics card market. A lot has changed since then, as VisionTek now holds a significant share of the retail market, especially in the GeForce2 and GeForce3 areas. You can be sure to find VisionTek cards in almost all your favorite brick and mortar locations.

The card is cooled via a standard heatsink/fan combination. Attached to the GPU via thermal grease, the cooling solution was able to keep card temperatures down to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. The memory heatsinks, which are attached to the SDRAM chips via a small amount of thermal glue, seemed to do their job fine as the card was able to reach essentially the same memory clock speed as the other GeForce2 Ti 200 cards when overclocked.

Except for its high retail availability, the VisionTek Xtasy 5864 does not have much going for it. Our card came bare: no TV-out, no VIVO, no DVI, no hardware monitoring. It's retail availability alone, however, will ensure that the VisionTek Xtasy 5864 keeps selling well.
