You all wanted a similar series to what we did for Doom 3? Well here's the first installment of our Half Life 2 Performance Guides.

Half Life 2 is turning out to be a much more intensive benchmarking endeavor so I've had to split it up into more parts.

I'm hoping I haven't ruined the game for me as I've now seen every level (in search of good benchmarks), but I did so without sound so maybe there's still hope.

Now I've got to get to work on Parts 2, 3 and 4; maybe then I'll actually have time to sit down and enjoy the game :)

hey, I asked for that egg recipe, and I didn't recieve!
those of us too poor for a computer to play half life 2 on (those of us with diamond viper cards are kinda out of luck) need to brighten our days with eggs!

great review though, I appreciate how in depth you go

    AnAnd,

Thank you VERY much for this review. By the way, next time enjoy playing the game and beating it first. I would hate to see you ruining the experience just to bring us demanding hardware enthusiats a few benchmark numbers a couple days earlier. :-) Take care...

There's a part 3 & 4? You're out of control! Of course, that probably explains why why we like AT so much. :)

Heh, nicely done. Sorry, but now you're a married man you can either do benchmarks OR play the game, not both ;P
