The slower CPU does not affect the standings all that much, the Rage 128 Pro and TNT2 are still in the same places as they were with the Pentium III 600.

We see a similar trend with the Pentium III 450 as we did with the Pentium III 600.  The 32-bit color performance of the Rage 128 Pro creeps ahead of the TNT2 but it still lags behind in overall performance.

Respectable but not top of the line performance from the Rage 128 Pro once again.  It isn't that far off from its competing TNT2.  At this price point, for a gamer, the TNT2 or Voodoo3 are probably more cost effective options though.
