NVIDIA Teases Next Flagship Video Card
by Ryan Smith on March 22, 2011 9:00 AM ESTAs many of you no doubt suspect, NVIDIA is in fact getting ready to launch their next flagship video card. The NDA does not expire for another 48 hours (March 24th at 6am PDT), but in an effort to build up suspense NVIDIA has gone ahead and posted a very brief teaser video about the card and when the NDA expires.
We'll have more in a couple of days, so stay tuned.

Here let me translate this video from marketing speak, it says..."Look, we know Crysis 2 comes out today, but our new video card doesn't come out for 2 more days. I know we're running a bit late but please don't buy an ATI card yet. C'mon, please? It's only 2 days! Just wait a little longer. You can use the extra time to carefully read the Crysis 2 instruction manual... and to scrounge up about $800 or so. Don't ask, just do it. Okay? Good. See you Thursday, and don't forget to bring the briefcase of cash."

First wood screws, now surplus ammo boxes. Do the people at Nvidia actually get PAID to come up with this stuff?Nentor - Tuesday, March 22, 2011 - link
Time to wake up.As many people have said there was no word whatsoever on the Vertex 2 25nm issue, but they do take their time to post a Nvidia commercial.
That's just how it is here now.
People call this "suspense" and say they are "excited", but all they are doing is letting themselves be manipulated by marketing departments that only want your cash. Yes, that is what we have come to.

I believe Anand did work behind the scenes to get the issue resolved and the SSD's replaced. I find that quite useful ;)kashifme21 - Tuesday, March 22, 2011 - link
