    SanDisk's eMMC (they call it iNAND) is fairly popular and the fastest version is 80/50Mbps (read/write). Reply

    SanDisk hasn't specified the random performance but I would expect around 10-15K IOPS, possibly even less. Of course, this is just SanDisk, there are eMMC products from e.g. Samsung, although Samsung is even stingier about the details (they only report capacities). Reply
