    I would imagine that while most of the people reading this article have at least heard of SLC NAND, it will probably mean nothing to the average consumer.

    I know a lot of people that would simply look at the size, look at the price of a standard USB stick, and get the cheaper one.

    But still, if the price isn't too high, should be a good product.

    Yes I tell the "gurus" to get the quad channel models and they just say "what!" and drool.

    Likewise in 2.0 - not like the tards ever heard of dual channel.

    I suppose it's completely rational to expect everyone to be an expert in every field known to mankind, just as I'm sure you are.
