Another reason to prefere the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4!

Wow, they really do need to work on tuning the OS/kernel, don't they!!?
Can get 125k on a Samsung Galaxy S2 using Chrome for Android:

... I believe the Chrome browser will support quad-cores nicely, does the stock ICS browser?
